The frustrated homeowner has all the right to be mad at the letter sent to him by the state official because what was he suppose to do if it was the beavers fault. He couldn't do anything about it, what was he supposed to do reclaim to the beavers tell them to stop eating away the trees. It is obvious that the homeowner is really mad. The way he replies back is by using the word "dam" a lot and warning him that the letter is going to PETA.


Then there is the state official saying that he needs to stop building bridges and needs to put the water flow back to normal.If he does not follow the demands that there is going to be more problems. the style that he writes is business formal as it should be.
